藝人傅天穎5月才離婚恢復單身，日前凌晨與緋聞男友全權在公園玩曖昧，大叫「不要這樣！」讓路過民眾以為她被欺負而報案，警員獲報趕抵時發現她臉頰跟嘴唇有咬痕且渾身酒味，要求出示證件。男友遇盤查竟揮拳反抗，不斷辱罵：「操X媽的小警察！」當場被帶回警局依妨害風化、妨害公務罪送辦。

38歲的傅天穎正與前夫陳子強互爭撫養權，日前凌晨約男友在公園喝酒談心，男友遇警察盤查竟抓狂飆罵：「王八蛋、智障！」還恐嚇：「敢對我上銬就殺了你！」遭警壓制逮捕。一旁的她當時已爛醉恍神無法回答問題，送醫觀察直到隔天下午才接受偵訊，頻以喝太多「記不得發生什麼事！」回應，調查後仍依妨害風化函送。男友全權否認毆警，也不承認有做出曖昧舉動，但還是以妨害風化、妨害公務罪嫌送辦。

傅天穎在事件發生後遭記者前往住處求證，她回應：「我跟他(全權)只是房屋仲介上的普通朋友。」被問到依妨害風化罪函送一事，急忙以「誤會一場，不記得、不知道」不願再回答。律師廖芳萱解釋，2人發生曖昧行為位置為公開地點，已涉公然猥褻罪嫌，恐面臨1年以下有期徒刑，至於妨害公務罪嫌，恐面臨3年以下有期徒刑。
