想灌win7又想保留D:槽影片及遊戲存檔

如提:

我最近想把xp拿去灌win7有些地方想請問一下:

1.我想灌win7可是影片及單機版遊戲存檔可以不刪除直接安裝win7嗎?

2.我知道遊戲軟體可能要重新安裝擔心的是win7的檔案格式會不會跟xp不同?

3.如果可以我想要只安裝win7 D\E\槽的檔案都保留下來ok嗎?

4.另外win7\xp雙系統好用嗎?是C:win7 D:xp嗎?

ps.這台電腦曾經使用過win7因此不做電腦系統需求發問
