中國高鐵之父涉賄 遭判死緩

曾被譽為「中國高鐵之父」的中國前鐵道部長劉志軍，被指控收賄與濫用職權，今（8）日上午北京市第二中級人民法院一審宣判其死刑、緩期兩年執行，並沒收全部個人財產。

「中國高鐵之父」涉賄濫權 遭判死緩

劉志軍被控在1986年至2011年間，利用其職權為丁羽心、邵力平等11人在職務晉升、承攬工程與獲取鐵路運輸計畫等提供幫助，該11人的非法獲利高達30億元人民幣（約新台幣147億元），且劉志軍本人也被控收賄6460萬人民幣（約新台幣3.17億元）。

劉志軍於03年出任鐵道部長，在他任內，鐵道部獲得7千億資金，得以全力發展高速鐵路，讓中國現今擁有全球最大的高鐵網路，並獲「中國高鐵之父」的美名。但因缺乏監管，鐵道部貪汙不斷，高速鐵路也意外頻傳，2011年2月被中共中央紀律委員會撤職調查。

劉志軍被控涉嫌收受巨額賄賂、濫用職權外，2011年7月發生的浙江動車追撞意外，中國國務院也認定劉志軍必須擔負這起事故的主要責任。
