環署初驗4種重金屬超標 雄檢開挖鎮安濕地

〔自由時報記者葉永騫／林邊報導〕林邊鄉鎮安濕地十六年前遭回填爐渣和集塵灰案，經本報獨家披露後，環保署採樣初驗發現鉻、鋅、銅、砷四種重金屬超標，昨天高雄地檢署檢察官陳鋕銘到現場開挖並帶回化驗，將查明源頭追究責任。

檢察官陳鋕銘昨會同環保署、中華醫事科技大學副教授黃煥彰、地勇公司代表、地主等到鎮安濕地勘查，檢察官等人穿上防護衣，調動怪手到現場開挖取樣並帶回檢測，以查明這些有毒的爐渣和集塵灰到底是不是地勇回填，並調閱十六年來的空照圖比對，了解地貌是否改變。

陳鋕銘指出，根據環保署之前採樣初步檢測結果，土壤內有四種重金屬超標，這些有毒的集塵灰從那裡來？與高雄、台南、彰化縣市發現的有毒爐渣是否同一個來源？必須比對後再追究來源，才能查明真相、釐清責任。

地勇公司的代表說，該公司在完成回填後就沒有再運土方進入，回填的爐渣都是合法產品。地主說明，只有十六年前讓地勇回填，往後都沒有填土。

副教授黃煥彰指出，除了鎮安濕地發現集塵灰外，距離約五十公尺的台十七線路邊也發現集塵灰的蹤跡，有必要釐清查明。

永樂村長蔡玉心則強調，當初環保署核准回填爐渣相當離譜，現在證實了回填是有毒物質，一定要儘快處理及追究責任。
