日圓貶值 經部：強化台日中小企合作

為強化台灣中小企業海外布局能量，經濟部中小企業處今天(9日)舉行「攜手國際資源 投資台灣」啟動儀式，邀請台北市日本工商會作為窗口，促成台日中小企業在資金面、技術及行銷面的合作，布局全球市場。經濟部中企處則初步規劃以新台幣10億元投資近50家廠商。

台灣中小企業能量充沛，但台灣市場規模小，需積極布局海外市場。為強化台灣中小企業與全球市場連動，經濟部9日舉行國際合作投資專案，邀請台北市日本工商會理事長東山三樹出席，以作為台日中小企業合作的窗口，共同布局海外商機。

經濟部中企處處長葉雲龍表示，台灣廠商有很強的工業製造基礎，在中國大陸及華人市場行銷力也很強，日本中小企業也有許多創新研發，因此，在日圓貶值、日本大企業相繼出走的情況下，台日應加強合作，共創藍海。葉雲龍說：『(原音)日本因為中小企業有蠻多技術跟創新研發，在日本大企業相繼出走下，日本中小企業也極力尋找海外市場，尤其大陸市場。所以我們透過台日這樣國際合作途徑，我們對於台日合作的廠商，尤其中小企業，怎麼去布局全球，在資金面、技術、行銷等去強化合作。』

葉雲龍表示，這次專案的金額不多，初步規劃以中小企業發展基金10億元，投資30到50家左右廠商，平均1家將投資新台幣2、3千萬元。
