西洋古典音樂~~大推"圓舞曲之王~小約翰史特勞斯" 他的所有作品都很棒

其他大師又有:莫札特~巴哈~貝多芬~海頓~華格納~布拉姆斯~柴可夫斯基....族繁不及備載

也可以直接收聽 台北愛樂電台FM99.7 以古典樂 爵士樂為主的音樂電台

至於是否影響跑步的節奏 = 不會~~~~習慣就好 反而會讓我腳步更為輕盈
