熱低壓難增強 颱風應不成形

（中央社記者林紳旭台北19日電）中央氣象局今天表示，位於南海的熱帶性低氣壓發展情況不佳，恐怕難以成為颱風，原本要取名「燕子」，將留給下一個颱風。

氣象局指出，這個熱帶性低氣壓的中心在今天下午5時位於鵝鑾鼻西南方約1100公里處，以時速15公里速度往北北西走，也是朝海南島前進，預估不會直接影響台灣的天氣，周遭的環境因素也讓這個熱帶性低氣壓很難增強。

氣象局說，從下個颱風起，氣象局對颱風的中文譯名將有所改變，原本以「音譯」為主，改為「意譯」為主、「音譯」為輔，140個颱風名稱之中，更動38個。

氣象局表示，如果「燕子」未形成颱風，將留給下一個形成的颱風使用。1020719
