統一編號可以寫身分證字號嗎?

您好:

可以的。

民法契約自由原則；所以，契約並沒有一定的規範，當契約雙方當事人的意思表示一致，契約就成立了。

因此，當契約人是法人、公司的時候，就以統一編號、或代表人的身分證字號來繕寫。當契約人是自然人的時候，就以身分證字號來呈現。
