醬料抽驗 1件苯甲酸過量

(優活健康網實習記者顏佩瑩／綜合報導)南投縣衛生局102年7月份對傳統市場小吃攤及餐飲業者進行醬料食品抽驗，總計抽驗辣椒醬、醬油及醬油膏等沾醬，總計24件，檢驗項目為防腐劑及規定外煤焦色素等食品添加物。 

檢驗結果有1件醬油膏檢出苯甲酸1.85g/Kg過量（限量標準1.0g/Kg）違反食品衛生管理法，將處以新台幣三萬元以上三百萬元以下罰鍰。此次抽驗不合格產品經查來源屬彰化縣，衛生局已移案製造商所在彰化縣衛生局進行後續處辦。 

衛生局表示，民眾若長期偏好食用同一類食品或過量食用非法添加之防腐劑可能會造成身體不適，如腹痛、嘔吐、拉肚子或危害人體之肝、腎及神經系統。如有食品衛生安全問題及消費疑義，可電洽南投縣政府衛生局服務專線049-2231994。
