二億美元打造五星級遊艇飯店

直布羅陀房地產公司Sunborn斥資二億美元打造五星級的Sunborn遊艇飯店，停泊於直布羅陀的「海洋村船塢」，定今年底開張，將是地中海最豪華的住宿景點之一。遊艇飯店長142公尺，七層樓高，有189個客房，一晚三百至三千美元不等。「飯店」裡spa、健身房、雞尾酒大廳、會議室、舞廳，應有盡有。專家說，這座遊艇飯店將開啟地皮不足的小地方蓋大飯店的潮流。
