西國出軌火車司機交保候傳 禁離境

西班牙火車出軌災難的列車司機賈爾松(Francisco Jose Garzon Amo)，28日在出庭答訊之後，已經交保候傳。

賈爾松28日在加利西亞區(Galicia)聖地牙哥德孔波斯特拉市(Santiago de Compostela)的高等法庭出庭答訊，法官將釐清他在這起出軌事故中所扮演的角色。

根據法院發表的聲明，法官下令賈爾松必須每週向法庭報到，禁止他離開西班牙、而且6個月不准駕駛火車。

這起火車嚴重出軌事故發生在24日晚間，迄今造成79人喪生，是西班牙數十年來死傷最重的火車意外。
