為什麼有人會期待用提高房屋持有成本的方式來降低房價呢？

樓主~認真你就輸了!!

會希望提高持有成本而且高到房價暴跌的人~大部分是沒有房產的人~

而為什麼會沒有房子的因素很多

其中一項就是財力不足

所以就算房價因此暴跌~他們也不會買~

不過你放心

政府不會因為這種聲音很多就改變政策~

你看看核四、服貿協議、洪仲丘、大埔....這些事就知道~

這個政府只會蠻幹

多頭至少還有3年~可以慢慢賣~
