高華柱卸任 趕往洪仲丘家致歉意

新、舊任國防部長交接儀式，上午8時許在國防部舉行，在行政院政務委員林政則監交下，原任國防部長高華柱將印信交接給新任部長楊念祖。楊念祖隨後到立法院國防、外交委員會備詢，以「軍中人權保障及陸軍下士洪仲丘案」為題，進行專題報告；高華柱卸任後第一件事，則是兼程趕往洪仲丘台中家中慰問，表達內心的歉意。高華柱表示，在軍檢依法偵結洪案後，他希望能還家屬公道，洪案也能夠儘快落幕，恢復國軍士氣。
