撞死女醫師道歉 家屬拒和解

〔自由時報記者王定傳／新北報導〕新北地院昨首度開庭審理男子詹震山酒駕撞死台大女醫師曾御慈案，詹坦承犯行並準備50萬元向家屬表達慰問，曾母哽咽地指責詹男說：「謀殺了我女兒，還說道歉」、「還我一個孩子就沒事」、「酒駕社會不容！」拒絕慰問。

新北地院昨上午進行準備程序庭，詹震山認罪，並向曾母說：「對不起！」其委任律師說，詹男不論在公眾、私下場合，均對被害者表示歉意，盼法院能安排雙方談和解；曾母拒絕私下和解，堅持對詹男提出刑事附帶民事求償，並指：「他現在只是很輕鬆的道歉…我花了一生心血才栽培出一個醫生！」、「我孩子都沒了，我過得有什麼意思，還我一個孩子就沒事！」
