請問 關於筆電USB 顯示無法辨識的裝置

事情是這樣的~~
我前天晚上電腦用到一半，接USB的滑鼠突然沒反應了，之後右下方一直顯示無法辨識的裝置，
之後我試了另外2個插孔一樣沒有反應。

然後隔天早上試一下USB的隨身碟，讀取沒有問題。
再另外拿出2個滑鼠接上USB一樣沒有反應

之後上網爬文了好久，網友說的方案大概都試過了，還是無解。

然後剛剛試了另一種方法，之前買三星NOTE2送的USB HUB
筆電經過這個裝置在接上滑鼠竟然可以用，但是右下角還是不時的跳出無法辨識的裝置....
請問有人知道這是什麼原因嗎?

使用的滑鼠是羅技的。
