洪案究有無飲料賄絡 軍檢傳喚輔導長

【陳郁仁／台北報導】洪仲丘案偵結起訴，軍檢強調范佐憲、陳以人沒有買飲料賄絡813醫院，讓洪仲丘體檢報告可以當天拿到。洪姊姊今一早公布錄音檔，聽到當初軍檢在醫院調查時，輔導長親口承認「陳以人在買飲料」。今在立法院的國防委員會上，面對立委楊瓊瓔詢問究竟有沒有送飲料？國防部法律事務副司長張培璵說，軍檢今天已傳喚輔導長吳翼竹，瞭解他的說法跟洪家是否有出入。
