最近bilibili有些影片不能看(詳情入內)

幾天前，bilbili有一些影片突然不能看了。
之前都還可以看的，不知道是什麼問題。
詳細情況如下─

影片進去後，進度條瞬間全滿，影片自動播放。
沒過幾秒鐘，進度條恢復，影片繼續播放，但速度極慢。(30分鐘只跑5分鐘的影片)
影片播放完後，進度條不會紀錄，所以要全部重跑。 

就像這樣。
只有部分影片有此現象，其他正常的，都是進入後要按「播放」才會開始。

順帶一提，我有用「稞麥綜合視頻下載工具」下載無法正常觀看的影片，看能不能用。
卻會出現「這個網頁：XXXXXXX，無法直接下載，您可以試試：」的訊息。
這跟台灣IP有關聯性嗎？

PS：不知道能不能貼上影片，所以就不貼好了。
