〈快訊〉何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲　3人交保！

高院庭長表示，何江中指示徐信正等人，將洪仲丘送往陸軍269旅悔過室，被告3人及其他共同被告涉犯共同對部屬施以法定以外之處罰，共同職權妨礙自由等罪。

在押被告3人雖仍有串供之虞，然而所犯非重罪，且已調離現職，無羈押必要，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲分別以30萬、25萬、20萬交保，均限制出境、出海。
