接值星有古怪！？運輸士、退伍前通常免接

軍檢調查洪仲丘案的報告當中，其中談到洪仲丘不願意接值星造成其它士官不滿，不過東森新聞獨家追查，訪問老士官發現裡面大有玄機，因為洪仲丘是運輸士，再加上他即將要退伍，依照軍中潛規則根本不可能讓他接值星官，明著要他接值星，暗地不排除是要惡整洪仲丘。

退伍的士官長說，一接值星就是一個禮拜，部隊大大小小的事通通交給你來處理，所以責任很重，不過要接值星官在士官裡頭有潛規則，像是有接業務的士官是不會讓他接值星，或是義務役士官要退伍前三個月就不太可能讓你接，算是禮遇。

值星官班表是由輪值士官來排，而輪值士官通常是該單位的資深士官擔任，13年的范佐憲沒人比他老，有沒有可能用正常程序掩蓋惡整的事實，不接值星整不到乾脆才送你到禁閉室，心態、動機才是關鍵，軍檢查不到、看不到，民怨官官相護。
