花港設施 東航中心查驗符合ISPS規定

交通部航港局為確保東部地區國際商港港口設施暨人員安全，東部航務中心加強對花蓮港港口設施保全查驗工作，東航中心於七月底執行轄區花蓮商港年度查驗工作，查驗結果花蓮港港口設施均符合ISPS章程相關規定，確保航港作業安全運行。

「港口設施保全」，因應國際海事組織（IMO）「一九七四年海上人命國際安全公約」修正案及「國際船舶及港口設施保全（SPS）章程」，規定各國際商港的港口設施（PF）均需取得「港口設施符合聲明書」，且於取得後每年需辦理查驗各港口設施單位是否符合章程相關規定要求，以強化港口設施保全工作及確保「港口設施符合聲明書」的有效性。

航港體制改革後，航港局依據新修正公布實施之商港法第四十三條規定，辦理各國際商港「港口設施符合聲明書」年度強制性查驗工作。
