【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆中元祭將在下周二達到最高潮，晚間會有放水燈的活動，藝人Janet今天下午3時許來到基隆安樂區樂利三街，向擁有超過30年經驗的張姓師傅學習如何製作紙糊水燈頭。

雖Janet非常仔細聆水燈頭歷史與製作方式，但張師傅看到Janet在劈竹子的模樣，笑著說「有些事還是講求天份的！」
