Facebook Beta的動態磚毫無「動態」？

目前我使用的Facebook Beta版本是5.1.0.1（就是昨天發佈的最新版本）！

安裝後，立即點到設定去看看「背景工作」項目，顯示「已允許」！但過沒多久，卻顯示成「已封鎖」？這是什麼意思啊？我實在搞不懂App在「背景工作」中的「已允許」、「已封鎖」到底實際涵義是啥

另外，無論有多少未讀的訊息，動態磚毫無更新耶？！應該說是毫無「動態」不過，背景工作的允許或封鎖與否，與動態磚更新有關嗎？

我先說明一下我的使用方式，我的925已把省電模式關閉（據說開啟後有部份Apps不能背景執行，於是索性關閉），接著我使用的是3G上網（沒有Wifi斷線的疑慮）！照理來說，照上述我的使用方式，背景工作執行及動態磚不應該有差錯啊

除了Facebook Beta，我的Line及Hotmail動態磚都很正常！問題點的來源大概分為：Nokia Amber、WP8或者Facebook Beta上（我沒有亂動或更改Facebook Beta預設的設定喔）？

版上有人有遇過此問題嗎？
