預付卡突然不能打 沒有資料

我是用預付卡
到前天都還可以用
昨天要打給別人的時候突然打不出去
我打給777但是他說這個號碼沒有資料
然後又叫我重新輸入號碼 結果還是一樣說 您輸入的號碼沒有資料
但是我15天前才查過到期期限是 2013/10/10 還有63元

為什麼會這樣？
