我們學校十月中要到頭城火車站附近作活動
我負責訂團體火車票
我們將分批前往，然後同時返回:
(去)台北車站到頭城火車站~(莒光號)
星期四 晚上 35人
星期五 早上 10人
(回)頭城火車站到台北火車站~(自強號)
星期日 下午 45人

請問這樣子我該如何訂票呢?
我可能會現場去訂票~
請問訂票、付款(預定金)、取票的流程和注意事項該如何呢?
預定金和付餘額的作法是如何呢?
