遭控吞鑽石 葉兩傳二度交保

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕廣告鬼才葉兩傳和名媛女友賴郁芬，遭比利時外商指控侵吞上億元鑽石，台北地檢署上週聲押兩人，台北地院裁定各200萬元交保，檢方抗告成功，北院昨重開羈押庭，仍認為沒有羈押必要，維持原交保、限制出境出海的決定；但為防兩人落跑，增加「限制住居、每週五赴派出所報到」條件。

檢方表示，收到裁定後，不排除再提出抗告。葉兩傳和賴郁芬應訊時否認侵占，葉表示只是挪用資金，是商業糾紛；兩人再獲交保後，由律師保護離開。
