摘要：南投鹿谷鄉，有個男子跳溪，鄉公所為了救他，請來挖土機，比照天災搶救的方式、打破河堤護欄，讓搜救人員可以下水搜尋，但是、找了一天一夜，沒有找到人。結果，打破河堤的這筆維修費用，還得由公所，自行埋單。 為了搜救一名跳溪的男子，南投鹿谷鄉公所請來挖土機，打破河堤護欄，比照天災搶救的方式，堆砌土石改變河道，方便搜救人員下水搜尋，但是找了一天一夜，還是沒有找到人，由於打破河堤尋找自殺男子，不符合天災搶救標準，賠償維修費用還得由公所自行埋單
