崇右復學可以轉科系重唸嗎

如題 ..

我是一個混到不能再混的學生 ... 被學校勒令休學之後 想復學好好唸書
但是現在學校創了一個新科目 我有點興趣 也想好好重唸 把他唸完 拿到文憑

請問一下 我現在是其他科系3年級休學生

我可以辦復學的時候 降級轉到新科系從一年級開始唸嗎 ?
