假綁架真詐騙　上半年攔阻189萬

【塗豐駿／台北報導】新北市1名70歲蔡姓老翁，今年3月在家中接到電話，對方說他兒子幫人作保，向地下錢莊借了30萬元，兒子在歹徒手中，還不時傳來男子哭聲，且要求蔡男將錢丟包於指定地點。蔡男清楚兒子正在外工作，並趁隙電話聯絡兒子，確認安全，再打電話報警順利逮捕詐騙車手。

165反詐騙諮詢專線統計，今年上半年民眾遇「假綁票真詐騙」警方成功攔阻金額189萬元，其中8件是被害人接到詐騙電話後，即時反應與家人聯繫，迅速報案而攔阻成功避免遭到詐騙。

刑事局表示，假綁架詐騙常謊稱被害人的家屬遭綁架，行騙對象以退休在家的長者為主，這類詐騙手法通常因長輩擔心子女安危，要求交付贖款進行詐騙，而延誤報案時機。警方呼籲，應經常與年長父母保持密切聯繫，無論遇到任何類似情形，都應立即報警處理。
