【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市北寧路1棟2層樓住宅昨天下午2時許崩塌，經過一夜，今天上午8時許，住戶在警方陪同下，返回現場拿取貴重物品及衣物等，隨即便離開現場，以免發生危險。
