太空人隊羅嘉仁台北時間16日凌晨對天使之戰，9局上登板投0.2局沒失分，太空人1比2輸天使，羅嘉仁無關勝敗，太空人吃下第98敗，再2敗就將連3年吞下100敗。

羅嘉仁今天9局上接替Kevin Chapman投球，先讓Mark Trumbo擊出三壘方向滾地球，封殺，再三振Kole Calhoun，成功完成任務；羅嘉仁共投了12球、7球好球，球速最快96哩（接近155公里），防禦率降到5.17，本季戰績仍是3敗2救援。

此戰天使與太空人的先發投手都投的出色，天使先發投手是曾效力統一獅的洋投威廉（Jerome William），他先發7局被打出5支安打，僅在2局下被太空人隊Marc Krauss轟出陽春砲（本季第4轟）失1分，三振3次、沒保送，拿到第8勝（10敗），sErnesto Frieri救援成功（34救援）。

太空人隊先發投手Paul Clemens也投的不差，先發7局被擊出6支安打，天使隊1局上Mike Trout獲保送，Josh Hamilton擊出三壘打，攻得1分，5局上Erick Aybar、Hank Conger連敲安打，Andrew Romine打出高飛犧牲打再攻下1分，終場太空人1比2輸球，Paul Clemens吞敗投（4勝5敗）。

天使與太空人都已遭淘汰，無緣晉級季後賽，天使戰績72勝77敗，在美國聯盟西區排名第3，太空人戰績51勝98敗，在美聯西區敬陪末座。
