17日立院開議 國民黨擬3套劇本

立法院將在17日開議，面對可能的議事抗爭，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，已經擬具三套劇本。

第一種是經過此次事件是，民進黨也希望讓外界「耳目一新」，放棄議事抗爭，讓江宜樺順利上台報告、詢答，相信這是「全民都希望看到的結果」。

至於第二種，則是江揆可以進入議場，但民進黨霸佔主席台，江揆無法上台報告、備詢。這和過去幾個會期情況相同，「不是新聞」，國民黨也不會強力排除、抗爭，會看議事怎麼處理。

第三種情況，是民進黨擋在議場外，江揆連大門都進不去。林鴻池說，江宜樺是立法院邀請來作客、報告的，假如真的遇到這種情況，「將是嚴重的憲政問題」，「立法院必須負責」。至於這是否意味「王金平要負責」，林鴻池僅說「民眾將有公斷」。
