英格蘭將對超市購物塑膠袋收費

【綜合報導】英國廣播公司（BBC）稱，英國副首相克萊格本周末將在他領導的自由民主黨年會上公布，英國政府擬對英格蘭超市使用的購物塑膠袋徵收5便士（約2.3元台幣），希望英國民眾能少用塑膠袋。

BBC稱，這項收費措施2015年大選後將在超市和大型商場施行，所得款項全部捐給慈善機構。威爾士和北愛爾蘭已經針對塑膠袋開始收費，北愛爾蘭環境部長杜爾坎表示，對超市購物塑膠袋開始收費5便士以來，其使用減少了80%。
