在路上看到滿街的50cc烏賊機車, 整個心情也隨之烏煙瘴氣.
以前還可以看到路邊有環保人士對烏賊車做取締告發的動作,
怎麼最近幾年消聲匿跡了?
政府完全沒有作為嗎? 這個政府在幹嘛?
請有為的人想出好法子

目前政府採用的是消極作為
就是用嚴格檢驗
來淘汰這些烏賊車

畢竟很多家庭不是有能力
能馬上更換機車或改變交通方式
只要他能保持良好的車況
政府並沒有權利要他人更換車輛
但是
機車沒有通過空汙檢測
就會受罰
間接的淘汰這些老機車
而這樣的方式才是比較人性化的手段
