德航執行長 接任羅氏藥廠董事長

德國航空（Lufthansa）執行長法蘭茲（Christoph Franz）將在2014年5月任期結束後離職，接任羅氏製藥集團（Roche）董事長。

德國航空16日發表聲明：「法蘭茲已告知公司，無法延長其身兼董事長與執行長的合約。」

瑞士羅氏藥廠則宣布，已提名法蘭茲接任董事長，接下訂明年初退休的賀默（Franz B. Humer）的棒子。法蘭茲表示，加入羅氏藥廠他甚感「榮幸」。

這項消息15日由德國「世界報」引用消息來源率先披露。

法蘭茲在2011年1月起執掌德航，同年加入羅氏監事會。
