美俄協議阻攻擊 敘利亞稱勝利

敘利亞全國和解部長海達今天說，美俄就銷毀敘利亞化學武器達成協議，避免了戰爭，是敘利亞的「勝利」。敘利亞政府軍今天又出動戰機和大砲，轟炸首都附近反抗軍控制區。

海達（Ali Haidar）對俄羅斯新聞社（Ria Novosti）說：「一方面，這項協議讓敘利亞人擺脫危機；另一方面，敘利亞也得以避開戰爭。」

他說：「這是敘利亞的勝利，感謝俄國朋友協助達成。」

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）和俄國外長拉夫羅夫（Serguei Lavrov）在日內瓦舉行3天會談後，研擬出一套頗富雄心的計畫，要在2014年年中銷毀敘利亞在全世界數一數二的化學武器庫存。

美國總統歐巴馬說，如果大馬士革當局沒有遵照美俄擬訂的9個月裁撤化武計畫，他仍會發動攻擊行動。
