DELL M4400 驅動程式問題！

最近公司的Dell notebook M4400反應有點遲鈍，
就把它給重灌了，
用原本附的win7 pro光碟重灌系統。

可是全部灌完內附的驅動之後，
發現藍芽似乎無法反應，
去官方下載有關於藍芽的驅動，
灌到最後會出現一行「使用無線交換器來啟動Bluetooth」，
然後下面只有一個「取消安裝」，
而官方的發問似乎有保固期間限制，
這臺M4400已經在今年三月過保了，
要發問似乎還要付費延長保固。

目前的情況是裝置管理員內有一個「Broadcom USH」一直顯示驚嘆號，
而藍芽無法開啟的狀態，
無論用光碟還是官方下載的藍芽驅動都無法完整的安裝完，
一值卡在「使用無線交換器來啟動Bluetooth」的地方。

拜託各位幫幫忙><

PS:bios內的bluetooth是installed的狀態。
