相較於市場初聞美國量化寬鬆(QE)政策恐提前縮減規模時的恐慌賣壓，在美國公開操作市場委員會 (FOMC)開會前夕，全球主要市場基金多獲加碼，其中美國股市再度奪回吸金王寶座，終止資金連四周流出的紀錄，而全球新興市場在睽違8個月之後，終於盼到資金回流，上周吸金超過20億美元。
