碩士多 企業主偏好實務經驗

台灣已進入學歷通膨的時代，大學學歷成了基本門檻，因此愈來愈多人再上一層樓念碩士，根據人力銀行調查，碩士人數是10年前的2.5倍，起薪平均比大學多了3100元，不過，業界愛用有實務經驗的碩士，因此技職碩士生，平均每二所就有一所擠進企業最愛用的前20名碩士生!

就業博覽會上，求職的碩士生一年比一年多，因為在「學歷通膨」 的時代，大學學歷已不夠看，愈來愈多人擠進研究所，增加競爭力。

清大學習科學研究所二年級的琳琳，就很擔心碩士學歷，太平凡，想邊寫論文，邊工作，琳琳的擔心，不是沒道理，因為2012年就有6萬名碩士畢業生，較十年前成長了2.5倍，但需要碩士的企業，卻集中在資訊科技業，佔了人力銀行碩士職缺的5成6，財經雜誌最新調查，企業最愛的碩士畢業生前20名，成大擊敗了台大，排名公立大學中的第一名，還有六所技職碩士擠進排行榜。

需要碩士生的企業也坦言，比較希望有實務經驗的，因此即使他們的起薪比大學生新鮮人平均高出3100元，他們也願意，看來，現在沒有實務經驗的碩士，企業也不青睞，高學歷並不能保證就業。
