是否只要可以插記憶卡，就不用擔心死機時造成資料救不回？

首先澄清，無論是放在擴充記憶卡或是內建記憶體，都有機會造成資料無法救回，
而事實上擴充記憶卡的耐用度，大多數並沒有比內建的記憶體更高(要看價格、製程與廠牌品質)，
只是兩者相比，在相同的資料毀損案件中，存放在擴充記憶卡上的用戶，
所花費的救援金額會相對的低很多，救援難度也較低。

一般而言，只要不是控制IC或記憶晶片燒掉，擴充記憶卡是可以輕易地取出，
並在讀卡機上進行資料導出作業，整體救援的價格大概從1500元~8000元都有，
全看救援的單位屬性為何。

手機內建的記憶體晶片，需要難度較高的解焊程序，
並且以市面上較少人看過的專業器材進行資料導出，導出後的資料若有特殊編碼，
還得進行解碼程序，最後才能還原資料，可是麻煩的事並非這樣就完結篇，
解焊下來的晶片總得焊回去，手機才能再度使用，
但依照一般業界的處理方式，晶片重植錫球與回焊作業並不在救援機構的服務範圍內，
也就是說你得另外找專家把晶片焊回去，這整體前後的報價，沒花個一萬~~三萬元是很難擺平的。

一個幾千元就可能搞定，且無損手機機身，
另一個要花上萬元，還不保證能恢復手機功能，
所以兩者之間的差異，不言而喻。
