【綜合報導】原本位於菲律賓東方海上面的熱帶性低氣壓，今天凌晨2點增強為今年第19號輕度颱風天兔，目前颱風中心位置位於北緯 17.6 度，東經 131.5 度，以每小時10轉13公里速度，向西進行。近中心最大風速每秒 18 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒 25 公尺，七級風半徑 100 公里，由中央氣象局所做的路徑潛勢預報來看，輕颱天兔將在中秋連假中的周五周六離台最近，
