輕颱天兔成形 另有熱帶性低氣壓

菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓今日(17日)2時已發展為輕度颱風天兔，中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方1230公里之海面上，以每小時10轉13公里速度，向西進行。

氣象局研判，天兔颱風將從巴士海峽通過，20日周五至21日周六、這兩天最靠近台灣。受到天兔颱風外圍水氣影響，19日後天中秋節開始，各地降雨機率將開始逐漸增加，中秋節晚上，只有中南部仍有機會看到月亮。

氣象局研判，天兔颱風靠近接近台灣時，路徑還會有變化，到時是否發布海上陸上警報以及威脅程度，氣象局仍密切觀察。

中西沙島海面有一個熱帶性低氣壓向西北西朝中南半島緩慢移動，有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢，對台灣沒有直接影響，距離天兔颱風相當遙遠，兩個系統不至於有互動影響，氣象局持續注意中。
