移民署：下月件數減 人次不一定降

陸客申請來台旅遊件數近日爆出大量，移民署陸務科科長石村平昨（十六）日表示，如果大陸旅遊法真的十月一日上路，則下個月申請來台件數應該會降下來，但實際進來的量，不一定會降下來。

首先，他分析，除了新規定比較嚴格之外，另一方面，所有大陸組團社在摸索新的規定期間，一定會稍微比較審慎，何況大陸旅遊法也不只是針對兩岸，所有涉及還外的做法都一樣。

其次，他說，十月份送件的量應該會降低一點，但也不見得一定會大量降低，因為新法上路是都會有一段磨合期，但是，就以九月十三日的申請件數一萬八千人次來看，有些人可能是會等到十月份才會進來，所以十月實際進來的量不一定會降下來，說不定還會超過平常的量。

石村平強調，十月分申請來台團客件數可能會降低，但是入境的人數不見得會降低；自由行的情況也一樣，送件可能會降低，但是入境的人數部會降低，因為很多人都在趕這一波。
