埔里阿嬤幫助偏差青少年學一技之長

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮「陳綢少年家園」安置12至18歲行為偏差或輟學的青少年，80多歲的創辦人陳綢阿嬤，希望「孫子們」多方學習，每個人都能有一技之長，走入人生正軌，與工作人員積極奔走籌募，獲各界社團捐設一間現代化的烘焙教室，並請來地方知名的糕點師傅指導授課，終於7月中旬順利開第一期課程。

經275小時訓練，16名參訓青少年從完全一竅不通，現在已經可以烘焙各式各樣蛋糕點心，今天上午舉行成果展，學員開心展示精緻可口作品，獲得大家肯定與讚賞。阿嬤說：「希望大家多關心這些孩子，他們一定可以做得更好！」少年「小望」說：「我想要繼續做麵包！以後做個有名的麵包師傅。」
