張盛和:台股動能還需要再加強

財政部長張盛和今天下午表示，美國QE暫不退是最大利多，金管會推出的「幾支箭」也是，他對股市持正面看法，但動能還需要再加強。

張盛和主持財政部模範公務人員表揚大會，會後接受媒體訪問時，對於國際熱錢剛好在台股三箭，會否有推波助瀾效果？張盛和說，還沒有波瀾，股市動能還需要再加強，還沒到波瀾地步，如果有到錢塘潮那麼大就、但還沒有，動能還可以再提升。

張盛和表示: 「現帶只是有點微波，波浪還不夠大，有動能，但還不夠強。」

對於將來QE退場，升息後會否加重國債利息負擔？張盛和說，國內資金供給太充裕，利息是資金供給與需求，國內資金還太寬鬆，我們沒有QE，但我們很寬鬆，熱錢退不見的會升息，因國內資金充沛。
