【短片】失學少年當店員　體悟賺錢的辛苦

【徐毓莉／台北報導】由台灣少年權益與福利促進聯盟與全家便利商店攜手合作的「逆風少年大步走」公益募款活動，今年為第5年，是台灣首個運用策略結盟方式推動「青少年就業力培訓計畫」，計畫開辦以來，已協助316名青少年媒合到職場見習與穩定就業。

今記者會找來逆風少年分享心路歷程，不到17歲的趙堉銘，高中休學後與家人到花蓮生活，在全家便利商店實習，到現在成為正職店員，這是他的第一份工作，原本不愛讀書的他，在同事鼓勵下重新讀書，白天上班、晚上上課。也因為開始工作，他體悟了賺錢的辛苦，他笑說，自己賺錢花「感覺不錯」。
