【短片】逃兵搶劫刺破肝臟　護士上訴今開庭

【張欽／台北報導】苗栗市47歲護士傅文秀，今年初到郵局轉帳時，遭22歲逃兵潘佳銘持藍波刀搶劫，傅女轉身抵抗卻被刺破肝臟，忍痛拔刀送醫後撿回一命，潘男一審連同另起超商搶案被判刑12年，傅上訴後，高院今早首度開準備庭，但法院罕見地沒提潘男，傅女只好在法庭唱獨腳戲。
 
傅文秀庭訊時表示，潘佳銘至今沒有道歉，僅由祖父致贈慰問金17萬元，顯然毫無悔意，應從重量刑。庭後並出示潘男案發前3天在臉書留言「各位弟兄，計畫提前」，指控潘是預謀犯案。傅女並說：「雖然撿回一條命，但肝被切掉1/3，膽囊也被摘除，還有腸沾黏的後遺症。」
 
潘男公設辯護人則抗辯指犯後態度良好，也沒殺人及重傷害故意。法官諭知本月30日再提潘男開庭。
