黑莓 擬以47億美元賣給大股東

加拿大黑莓公司（BlackBerry）23日達成一項暫時性協議，同意以47億美元賣給以最大股東Fairfax金融控股公司為首的集團，為下市鋪路。

根據一項聲明，以Fairfax公司為首的集團提出每股9美元的收購價，比黑莓上周收盤價溢價3.1%。收購人有六周時間實地查核黑莓公司的帳目，黑莓公司在這段期間也可以尋求其他併購提議。

這項消息造成黑莓股價在紐約股市23日盤中一度大跌逾6%至8.19美元，稍後並被迫暫停交易。當地時間下午2時恢復交易之後大漲逾5%至9.2美元。

黑莓20日警告，打消新手機庫存損失將導致公司上季大虧近10億美元，並已決定裁員40%，全面退出消費者市場。

過去兩年來，黑莓執行長海恩斯一直致力收復智慧手機市場的失土，除改良新版作業系統外，還推出新機型，寄望能迎擊iPhone等勁敵，不過這些努力似乎並未成功。
