【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】市場消化美國聯邦政府局部關門的影響，加上部分投資人樂觀預估美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）可能因此放緩QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）減碼步伐，帶動亞洲股市早盤普遍走揚，南韓股市重新站上2000點大關。惟日本股市在日圓走強下，逆勢走跌。
