為何租屋要付仲介費，我是房客

那你就不要租這間房。這樣不就好了。
網站上好幾百間，有差這一間？

我每次遇到仲介租屋，都會用力殺。

因為我還要多付半個月費用。
租金一定要低於行情，我才租。
不降就不租。

問題是仲介的租屋通常都殺不動。
到最後只要是仲介的房，我都直接跳過，連看都不用看。
