台幣升破29.30 創1月以來新高

美國府院僵局無解，外資轉戰亞洲股、匯市，繼昨日台股衝出千億元大量、外資擴大買超台股170億元，股匯雙漲後，今早新台幣兌美元外匯市場，外資持續匯入、台幣漲聲再起，盤中台幣勁揚近2.5角，一舉升破29.30大關，創下八個月來新高。

今早新台幣兌美元匯率以29.530元開盤後，台幣瞬間升破29.50、29.40及29.30三大關卡，盤中台幣最高來到29.29元，暴衝升值2.42角，創下今年1月28日29.285元以來的新高價位。至上午10時止，台幣成交價29.314元，大升2.18角。

不過，匯銀人士指出，台股今早受宏達電第三季財報首見虧損、每股淨損3.58元利空影響，台股漲多後小幅拉回，加上美元指數在昨日創下79.60元的八個月新低後，今早反彈回升至79.72，顯見美國政經局勢的變數仍大，在外資匯入下，股、匯市場是否是一日行情?或是長線波段的開端? 尚需看美國財政預算最終結論而定，目前只能說台幣短線看升，但能否一舉升破29.20關，仍有待觀察。
